An accessory set for the model of the Soviet SG-122(A) self-propelled gun in 1:48 scale. According to the name it is cut for the Tamiya kit, which has to be bought separately.
Responsibility details are not available.
The SG-122(A) was a Soviet self-propelled gun of the Second World War period, which came about by rebuilding a captured German chassis of an assault gun. On it, it carried a new armored superstructure with a howitzer of 122 mm caliber, that is, a weapon meant rather for fire against fortified positions and infantry than for fighting tanks. Only a small number of machines of this kind were built and they reached the battlefield to a limited extent, but that makes it all the more interesting a subject for a modeler: a German chassis with a Soviet superstructure is a combination you do not commonly meet on a shelf.
This is an accessory set, not a model in its own right. According to the name it is drawn up for the Tamiya kit in 1:48 scale, so expect to have to buy the kit itself separately. Which parts the set replaces, how many there are and how far the build is affected is given in the manufacturer's instructions; go through them before you cut anything off the kit.
The parts are not polystyrene, and cement for plastic models does not hold on them; make the joints with super glue. Cut the excess material off with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the remainder down carefully. Before painting, wash and degrease the parts and try dry how they sit, before you touch the kit.
What is supplied is an accessory set. The kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
