An accessory set for a model of the two-seat Su-27UB in the late form, scale 1:48. According to the name it contains boarding ladders, chocks under the wheels and a service ladder, that is the equipment that stood around the machine during preparation for flight as well as during maintenance.
The Su-27UB is the two-seat variant of the heavy Soviet Su-27 fighter. The second seat is set behind the first and a little higher, so that the instructor can see forward over the pupil's head. The machine kept its combat equipment, so it does not serve for training alone. The cockpit is high above the ground and the crew cannot reach it without a boarding ladder; chocks under the wheels and a service ladder belong to the same circle of ground equipment, which appears around a standing aircraft practically every time.
The parts are not of polystyrene, and ordinary cement for plastic will not join them; use cyanoacrylate glue. Cut the excess material off with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the remainder. Wash and degrease everything before painting, otherwise paint holds badly. For the particular order of assembly follow the manufacturer's instructions. Add the ladders only once the finish of the fuselage is complete, so that there is no need to mask around them.
This is an accessory set. The kit of the aircraft, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
