Responsibility details are not available.
A colored photo-etched instrument panel for the cockpit of the German Dornier Do 17Z night fighter in 1:72 scale from Yahu Models. It is not an aircraft model but a finished, pre-printed and painted cockpit accessory. The set is prepared for Do 17Z models in the night fighter version.
The Do 17Z was a German twin-engine aircraft of the late 1930s, nicknamed the flying pencil because of its slim fuselage. In the night fighter version (the Do 17Z-10 Kauz) it was given a modified nose with search equipment and a heavier forward armament for night combat with bombers. It was powered by radial engines, and the machine was one of the early German night fighters of the Second World War. It is precisely the different cockpit equipment that sets the night fighter apart from the classic bomber version.
This is a finished colored photo-etched cockpit accessory, not an aircraft kit. The base model and glue are not included in the package.
