Dual Exo Set 10, 10A Purple Nebula and 10B Purple Andromeda is a set of AK interactive acrylic paints. The name gives two purple shades, which the manufacturer also makes individually.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of paints from the Dual Exo range by the AK interactive brand. According to the name it contains the shades 10A Purple Nebula and 10B Purple Andromeda. Both paints are also made separately, in the same maker's acrylic range; these are therefore acrylics, not a lacquer chemistry.
A pair in one color family
Both shades carry the word Purple in their names, so they are related tones. That is practical when building a palette: two close colors can be mixed smoothly to give transitions that do not come out of one bottle. Purple tones moreover work well as a complement in places where a pure gray would look dead; they are used in shadows, in color transitions and as an area in their own right on science fiction and fantasy subjects.
For modelers of figures and of science fiction and fantasy subjects who want a pair of close purple tones to hand and to mix intermediate tones themselves. Check the number of bottles and their volume on the manufacturer's packaging.
The product is intended for modeling use. Keep out of the reach of children, ventilate when spraying and protect your airways. The details on thinning and safety are given by the manufacturer on the packaging.
