This is a resin detail accessory, not a model in its own right. The set contains cast engine nacelles with CFM56-7 turbofan engines for the next-generation Boeing 737 airliner (the 600, 700 and 800 versions) in 1:144 scale. The maker is LACI.
The resin nacelles faithfully capture the characteristic flattened underside of the CFM56-7 engine cowling and the fine detail of the fan blades, which on small plastic parts are usually simplified. The model thus gains a more accurate and sharper engine profile.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut the casting blocks away and clean up the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. We recommend painting the inside of the intake and the exhaust before final assembly.
This is an accessory, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
