It represents a faithful scaled-down version of the German paratrooper helmet M38 (Fallschirmjäger), distinctive against the ordinary infantry helmet in having no pronounced rim. It serves as a detail for figures, dioramas and scenes. This is not a kit but a stand-alone accessory.
3D-printed resin can be sanded and drilled. Cut the part from the print supports, bond it with super glue and spray a primer before painting. Before removing the supports the manufacturer recommends dipping the part in hot water to soften the material temporarily.
For modelers and builders of dioramas and figures who want a faithful period detail without making it themselves.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints, glue and figures are not included in the package.
