A wide tire with a low sidewall belongs to powerful cars and to conversions. On a model it shows mainly in how little rubber is left between the rim and the road, so the wheel comes to the fore and the car visually sits lower. Before buying it pays to check that the size fits the wheels you have on the model: the inner diameter of the tire has to match the diameter of the rim, otherwise it will either not seat or will spin.
