An aftermarket detailing accessory from the Top Studio brand, not a kit in its own right. The package contains a set of miniature valves, that is, inflation valves, in the form of turned metal parts intended for models of cars in 1:20 to 1:24 scale.
The valves are fitted into the wheel rims and replace a factory detail that is simplified or missing. On a finished model they give the wheels a credible racing or civil look and are visible especially when the model is displayed from close up or in photographs.
Pre-drill a hole of the matching diameter in the rim, set the metal valve in and secure it with a small drop of super glue. The metal parts can be left in their natural gloss or painted over; before painting it is a good idea to degrease the surface and prime it.
This is a detailing accessory, not a kit in its own right; a matching base model is needed to use it. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package.
