Fw 190A-6, a double-sided painting mask (1:35, SX-Art)

A set of self-adhesive painting masks from the manufacturer SX-Art for models of the German Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-6 fighter in the large 1:35 scale. It is neither a kit nor paint but a masking aid. The double-sided designation means that masks are supplied both for the outer and for the inner side of the glazing, so the framing of the cockpit gains a clean transition from both views. The set is intended for the Border kit.

Use

• The masks are transferred onto clean, degreased glazing and pressed down exactly against the frames.
• The inner masks allow faithful framing even when seen through the cockpit.
• Spray in thin coats, so that paint does not creep under the edge.
• Take the masks off once the paint has dried, while the paintwork is not yet fully cured.
