A set of self-adhesive painting masks de Havilland Vampire FB.5/FB.9 1:48 from the manufacturer Peewit for a clean paint job on the cockpit frames.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a set of precisely shaped self-adhesive painting masks from the Czech manufacturer Peewit, intended for a model of the de Havilland Vampire jet aircraft in the FB.5 and FB.9 versions in 1:48 scale. The masks are cut from fine masking paper, which follows the shape of the canopy well and leaves no adhesive residue when removed.
The de Havilland Vampire was one of the first British jet fighters. The FB.5 and FB.9 versions were fighter-bombers with the characteristic twin-boom tail structure; the FB.9 differed from the FB.5 above all in cockpit air conditioning for service in hot regions.
For modelers building a model of the Vampire FB.5 or FB.9 in 1:48 scale who want precise cockpit frames without laborious masking by hand.
This is an accessory, not a model. The kit itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
