This is a small accessory part for building car models in 1:24 scale. The accessory with a variant number tells the individual pieces apart inside a line in which more versions of the same part come out. What the part is exactly intended for and how it is fitted is given by the manufacturer in the instructions enclosed with the package; follow those while installing it as well.
The 1:24 scale is the most widespread one for car models, so the part matches ordinary kits of passenger and racing cars in size. Accessories of this kind come into their own where a kit offers only a simplified shape, that is in the interior, in the engine bay or on the chassis. It is exactly the small things that decide whether a model looks like a finished thing or like an assembled shell, and it is worth giving them time.
Wash and degrease the part before gluing and before painting. Choose a suitable glue according to what the part is made of; on parts that are not polystyrene, ordinary modeling cement does not hold and the joint should be made with super glue. Try the seating dry first and glue only afterward. Work with small parts over a light-colored surface and use tweezers, as on a carpet they are lost for good.
