An injected plastic kit of the Porsche 935 circuit car in 1:24 scale by Italeri. The set is based on a classic mold and offers the build of the two-liter variant nicknamed the Baby, which Porsche built for the German national championship for two-liter cars. The model is conceived as a curbside, that is, without engine detail. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Porsche 935 Baby came about by scaling down the successful turbocharged 935 racer for the class up to two liters. To meet the capacity limit, the car was given a turbocharged six-cylinder engine of around 1.4 liters displacement, one of the smallest six-cylinder engines Porsche ever built. Its low weight and turbocharging gave the car its characteristic nickname.
Clean the body up carefully, apply a primer and paint it in gloss shades, ideally with an airbrush. Settle the sponsor decals onto a smooth gloss surface and unify them with a clear varnish. Protect the glazing and the headlights with masking while painting and finish the wheels and tires in matte.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
