An injection-molded plastic car kit from Japanese manufacturer Tamiya in 1:24 scale. The model depicts the rally car Subaru Impreza WRC from the 1999 season. The package includes plastic parts, rubber tires with accurate tread, clear glazing parts, and water-slide decals.
The Subaru Impreza WRC was built to the World Rally Car regulations of the time and became one of the iconic rally cars of its era. It was powered by a turbocharged boxer four-cylinder engine with all-wheel drive and ranked among the top cars in world rallying.
We recommend painting the body and polishing it to a high gloss before applying decals; apply the decals over a gloss surface and seal with varnish. Build and paint the engine, interior, and chassis before closing up the body. Fit the rubber tires onto the wheels only at the very end.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints, and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
