This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:24 scale captures the late version of the first generation Toyota MR2 (AW11) as the winner of the 1986 British rally sprint. The body is molded in red, and the box holds new decals for the winning car and masking stickers for the glazing. The kit is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Toyota MR2 (AW11) was a small two-seat sports coupe with a mid-mounted engine, introduced in the middle of the 1980s. The combination of low weight, balanced distribution and a nimble chassis made it a popular machine for competition as well. The car in the color scheme of this set won the British rally sprint in 1986.
Spray the red body with an airbrush and finish it with a gloss clear coat, and apply the decals with the racing markings onto a smooth surface. The masking stickers make it easier to edge the glazing. Finish the interior before you close the body up.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
