An injection-molded plastic kit of the British SEPECAT Jaguar ground-attack aircraft in the GR1 and GR3 versions in 1:48 scale from the French brand Heller. The model lets you build the typical low-flying Royal Air Force strike aircraft with its slender fuselage and high-set engines.
The SEPECAT Jaguar was an Anglo-French ground-attack and tactical strike aircraft. In the GR1 and GR3 versions it served with the Royal Air Force as a specialist in attacks at low altitude; the GR3 brought modernized avionics and equipment. Jaguars also proved themselves in combat over the Middle East.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic. Pay attention to the fit of the engine air intakes and of the underwing stores, which give the model its character. Priming, an airbrush for multi-color camouflage and a gloss coat under the decals are all recommended. Low-level schemes are rewarding for a restrained patina and for bringing out the panel lines.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
