It is not a kit but an interior accessory that adds to or replaces the kit gunsight with a more faithful resin part representing the gyro (computing) gunsight Mk.II. The real subject

The gyro gunsight was a major advance in the accuracy of gunnery at the close of the Second World War — it automatically computed the necessary lead from the range and the bank angle. Late British fighters, the Tempest among them, were fitted with it, and an accurate rendering of this instrument brings the cockpit of a large model to life.

Building and painting tips

Wash the mold release agent off the parts and separate them from the casting block. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue. The glass of the sight can be imitated with clear material; paint the body black and bring the edges out with a dry brush.
