An aftermarket accessory from Reskit for models of the Mikoyan MiG-29 fighter in the 9-13 production version (the Fulcrum-C with the dorsal hump), 1:32 scale. The set replaces the plastic landing gear wheels with accurate resin parts. It is not an aircraft model but a detail improvement that raises the realism of a finished build.
The MiG-29 is one of the iconic Soviet fourth-generation fighters, and the 9-13 version brought an enlarged internal fuel tank and the characteristic dorsal hump. The landing gear is built for operating from less prepared surfaces as well. Resin wheels offer a sharper tread, faithfully drawn hubs and usually a suggested sag under the weight of the machine.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and level the surface; protect your airways when sanding resin. Bond with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer, paint the tire and the hub separately and bring the tread out with a wash.
This is a detail set, not a complete model. It calls for the matching kit. Paints, glue and accessories are not included in the package.
