RAF mechanics personnel 1940-45 set (1:32) is a Black Dog resin figure set with ground personnel of the Royal Air Force (RAF) of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure set in 1:32 scale from the Czech brand Black Dog. It holds figures of ground personnel of the Royal Air Force (RAF) of the years 1940 to 1945 and serves to populate aviation dioramas with British machines.
The ground personnel of the RAF kept the squadrons running without a break throughout the war. Mechanics and technicians topped up fuel and ammunition, adjusted engines and prepared the aircraft for takeoff. A multi-figure set makes it possible to create a lively maintenance scene right on the airfield apron.
Wash the resin parts in lukewarm soapy water, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with your airways protected. Glue the figures with cyanoacrylate glue and fill the gaps with putty. After the base coat, work them up with acrylics or oils; the different poses come out best when the shades of clothing and skin are graded.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints, glue and the aircraft model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
