Responsibility details are not available.
The Nissan Fairlady Z of the newest generation with the factory code RZ34 from the Snap Kit range of the Japanese company Aoshima, 1:32 scale. The body is molded in a white pearl shade, the parts are joined by snapping together, and neither glue nor paints are needed for the assembly. The model suits a complete beginner as well as a quick addition to a collection of Japanese sports cars.
Fairlady Z is the Japanese name for the model that is sold in the rest of the world simply as the Nissan Z. The generation with the code RZ34 came onto the market in 2022 and is interesting for how deliberately it works with history: the rectangular outlines of the headlights refer to the first generation of the 1970s, and the shape of the rear end and the taillights to the Z32 generation of the 1990s. Under the long hood works a turbocharged V6, and the rear axle is driven, a recipe the Z has kept for long decades. The offer of a manual transmission made the RZ34 one of the last classically conceived sports cars on the market.
The build is deliberately simple: a low number of parts, snap-together joints, no tools. Anyone who wants to take the result further usually just darkens the panel gaps and the grilles, adds highlights to the headlights and picks out the window surrounds and the plastic trim in matte. A white body is rewarding in that contrasting details stand out on it a great deal.
It is a snap kit with pre-colored parts. Glue and paints are not necessary for the assembly.
