The second numbered set of the French Laffly Crew sub-range of Dynamo-Models in 1:35 scale. The name marks the range with the year 40, that is the period of the French campaign of 1940. It is a diorama figure accessory to French vehicles, not a vehicle kit.
Numbered sets make it possible to build a crew step by step and exactly according to the scene you want - one figure in the driver's place, another beside the vehicle, a third at the load. The modeler thus puts the scene together himself and does not pay for positions he would not use in his composition. The vehicles of the Laffly marque, a French maker of army tractors and reconnaissance vehicles from around 1940, have an open construction in which the crew is clearly visible, so it is precisely on them that the figures decide the final impression.
