A spraying stencil in 1:35 scale with a German fashion salon subject, meant for lettering and the decoration of buildings in a diorama.
Responsibility details are not available.
An airbrush stencil transfers lettering or a sign onto a model with sprayed paint, that is by the same technique that produced real painted shop signs. Against a decal it has no carrier film and no matte patch, so on render or on timber it does not create an island of a different surface. The subject can be sprayed lightly, with a grayed edge and with gaps, which looks believable on an aged shop sign.
According to the name this is the subject of a German fashion salon, that is the lettering and window decoration of a clothing shop. It comes into its own on the frontage of a model building, on the pane of a shop window, on a gable wall or on a set piece behind vehicles. The make-up of the individual subjects and their size are given in the manufacturer's instructions, so that they fit your facade in size.
Let the ground dry completely and free it of dust. Lay the stencil down over its whole area and press it down or fix it around the edge with masking tape, so that the edge does not stand away anywhere. Spray at right angles to the surface, at low pressure and in several light layers, or the paint will run under the edge and the lettering will smudge. Take the stencil off while the paint is still damp and wipe it at once so that the subject does not clog. It is also worth trying a test spray onto a piece of card first and only then going to the model.
Paints, glue, the model of the building and other material are not part of this item, unless stated otherwise. The recommended thinning and the fixing of the stencil are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
