This is a set of detailed 3D-printed resin rounds in 1:35 scale, not a kit of the gun. The set captures complete rounds for the German 5 cm antitank gun, the projectile seated in a brass case. It contains several types of ammunition, from armor-piercing shells to high-explosive rounds, so ammunition crates and a gun crew scene can be laid out faithfully.
The 5 cm antitank gun was among the widespread German guns of its class in the Second World War. It used several kinds of ammunition: the ordinary armor-piercing shell, a sub-caliber round with a hard core for use against heavily armored targets, and a high-explosive shell against personnel.
Separate the parts carefully from the carrier blocks, clean the faces up and wash them in lukewarm water with detergent. Bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Paint the cases in brass shades and the projectiles in steel or, depending on the type, with color markings; a fine wash and polishing bring out the metallic look.
The set is supplied as unpainted resin parts. Glue, paints and a model of the gun are not included in the package.
