Responsibility details are not available.
The set holds three figures of German soldiers of the Second World War in 1:35 scale, cast in modeling resin. The castings are supplied unassembled and unpainted. It is not a kit of a vehicle but an aftermarket accessory for a diorama. The name of the set is a play on words with which the manufacturer has designated the subject of the composition, not a statement about a unit or armament.
The trio of figures is conceived as a connected genre scene from the rear, that is a situation away from combat activity. For a modeler it is a rewarding subject: the figures are designed so that they relate to each other spatially, so a composition with a plain center of gravity arises in a small area and without the need for a large diorama. The uniforms match ordinary field dress, which makes it easier to combine them with further sets of German figures of the same scale and to unify the coloring of the whole scene.
Wash the castings in lukewarm water with detergent, so that the release agent from the mold is removed. Cut the casting blocks off with a fine saw or a cutting disc, level the surface and do the sanding wet and with respiratory protection. It is glued with cyanoacrylate super glue. With a multi-figure composition, first place the figures on the base dry and only then glue them down for good, so that the scene works from the main viewing angle. After a thin primer, paint the uniforms with matte acrylics with lightened edges and layer the faces with glazes. Set the small accessories apart with a sheen and a shade, finally unify the surface with a matte varnish and dust the lower parts of the clothing with pigments.
The set is supplied as unassembled and unpainted resin castings. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
