BMW R75 - engine cylinder heads 1:35 (Art Scale) is a 3D-printed resin detail set with the left and right head of the air-cooled boxer engine. It replaces the production parts with a more faithful replica; it is not a kit in its own right. Intended for the GWH kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
The resin, 3D-printed detail set from the manufacturer Art Scale refines the powerplant of the plastic kit of the heavy BMW R75 motorcycle in 1:35 scale. The set contains the left and right cylinder head of the boxer engine with fine finning, which is hard to reproduce in injection-molded plastic. It is an accessory, not a model of the whole motorcycle. The target kit is GWH.
The BMW R75 was the iconic German army motorcycle of the Second World War, usually operated with a sidecar with a driven wheel and a locking differential. The air-cooled 750 cc two-cylinder boxer gave it good mobility even in difficult terrain.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, separate them from the casting blocks and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The cylinder finning will stand out after painting with a metallic color and gently picking out the edges with a dry brush; a dark wash will deepen the shadows between the fins.
The set is supplied as unpainted resin parts. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
