Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the Italian Breda 20/65 Mod.35 gun with crew figures in 1:35 scale from Italeri. The package contains the parts of the weapon, the crew figures, photo-etched parts and decals for several options. Check the exact number of parts and the schemes against the instructions in the particular package.
The Breda 20/65 Mod.35 was an Italian 20 mm automatic gun of the 1930s, conceived as a dual-purpose weapon against both aerial and ground targets. It was effective against lightly armored vehicles as well, from trucks and armored cars to light tanks. The Italian Regio Esercito used it in a range of configurations: fixed on vehicles, and in the popular towed field version on a tripod mount with folding legs and two wheels for transport.
The movable parts allow the elevation and the traverse to be set, so decide on the pose before you glue anything. Paint the gun and the mount separately from the figures. Bring out the metal surfaces of the weapon with a wash and pick the edges out lightly with a dry brush. On the figures, build the flesh tone up from a lighter base, darken the recesses and brighten the raised areas. We recommend both an airbrush and a brush and liquid cement for plastic, with cyanoacrylate glue for the photo-etched parts.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
