It is not finished terrain and not a kit but a tool: a flexible silicone mold with the negative relief of the stone walls and paving of an underground dungeon in 1:48 scale. You press modeling compound into it, let it set and lift out a finished piece with a texture that you would spend hours engraving by hand. The advantage over texture rollers is that a mold holds the shape and the depth of the relief the same every time, so you can pull a series of pieces from it for a whole room and the joints line up.
