The set from the maker Quinta Studio contains colored 3D decals of the interior for models of the Bundeswehr VW T3 military transporter (the Family line) in 1:35 scale. The items are printed on carrier decal paper, they have three-dimensional relief and accurate coloring of the dashboard, the controls and the upholstery. The target kit is Takom.
The part is cut out, soaked in lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds and slid off the paper into place. It has no adhesive layer of its own; it holds on gloss varnish (Future, Klear, Tamiya X-22); in a broken-up shape a drop of super glue helps. The cabin thereby gains detail that is hard to achieve with a brush.
This is neither resin nor photo-etched metal, but printed 3D decals which refine the detailing of the interior of the vehicle. Do not use a softener or a setting solution; it damages printed resin; on a matte base an item will not hold.
