An accessory set from Panzer Art in 1:35 scale, intended to finish off a model of ground equipment or a diorama.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from Panzer Art extends a model of ground equipment with separate parts, which are added to the kit during the build or to a finished model afterwards. In ground equipment, 1:35 is the most widespread scale, so the parts fit in among the usual kits of armored vehicles and among diorama fittings.
Cut the surplus material off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the remainder with fine abrasive paper, so that the mating surface stays flat. Before painting, wash the parts in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent and let them dry out thoroughly, because paint grips a degreased surface markedly better. Use an adhesive suited to the material in hand; with parts that are not polystyrene, super glue laid on in small drops proves itself. The placement of the individual parts and the recommended procedure are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Accessories come out well when their color is tied to the rest of the model. A proven procedure is a primer, the main shade and then a light lift of the edges with a dry brush. A thin layer of wash settled in the recesses gives the surface depth and separates areas that would otherwise merge. If you are setting the parts into a diorama, unify them with the scene in the same dust shade, so that they do not look like a foreign element stuck on at the last minute.
For modelers who build ground equipment in 1:35 scale and want to complete a model beyond the contents of the kit. The kit, paints, glue and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
