This set of decals from Star Decals in 1:35 scale keeps to one narrowly bounded theme: the equipment of the Swedish UN contingent in the Congo in the 1960s. Two vehicles are named in the name, the Greyhound armored car and the White Scout Car. This is an accessory to a finished model, not a kit.
At the start of the 1960s the Congo Crisis was among the first large international operations into which armored equipment was deployed. Scandinavian units served there in several rotations and drove American designs from wartime production: the Greyhound is a six-wheeled armored car with a rotating turret, intended for reconnaissance and patrol duty, while the White Scout Car is a lightly armored four-wheeled vehicle with an open body, originally built for reconnaissance and for carrying a squad. In international service both vehicles received a pale coat and conspicuous recognition markings, so that they could be told apart from the equipment of the warring sides.
A pale to white coat is decisive with this pair and it pays to spray it in several thin layers over an evened-out base. Prepare a smooth gloss area under the markings, so that the edges are not left standing on rivets and plate seams. Once it has dried, unify the whole model with a matte varnish and only then work with dust shades. Reddish African soil on a pale finish is a rewarding theme, but keep it restrained, so that the markings stay legible.
The set holds markings, not a model. A vehicle, paints and varnishes are not sold together with it.
