This is not a kit of a vehicle but a diorama accessory from RT-Diorama in 1:35 scale. The set covers pipework of the factory type in a thinner version - the figure of 6 mm in the name gives the diameter it is cut for. Alongside it the manufacturer makes the same set in a heavier diameter too.

What the accessory does in a scene

Thinner pipework plays a different part in an industrial scene from the main run. It goes in branches, along walls, around machines and to individual appliances, so it thickens the scene in places where heavy runs would look overdone. Combining two diameters in one scene is one of the simplest ways to give an industrial interior credibility: a real complex never has all its pipes the same thickness.

Following on from the other elements

The 6 mm diameter matches other elements of the same size in the manufacturer's range, so brackets for the same diameter or further lengths of pipe can be joined to the run. The set also comes into its own where you build the main run from another material and need only believable branches. 1:35 scale matches the usual figures and vehicles for dioramas, so the run will suit the figures and vehicles in the scene in size.
