Ferret and Saladin, the Troubles in Northern Ireland (1:35, Star Decals) is a sheet of waterslide decals for British wheeled armored vehicles.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of waterslide decals from the maker Star Decals brings the markings of the British wheeled armored vehicles Ferret Mk 2/3 and Saladin Mk 2 from the period of the Troubles in Northern Ireland. The decals are intended to finish plastic models of these vehicles in 1:35 scale and complete them with period-accurate registrations and tactical markings.
Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss varnish, which will keep them from silvering. Cut the motif out, dip it in lukewarm water for a few seconds and slide it onto the model; fine-tune the position and blot the surplus water away. Decal softeners will help them settle, and finally go over them with a matte or semi-gloss varnish.
For modelers of British postwar armored equipment and anyone interested in the history of Northern Ireland in 1:35 scale.
It is supplied as a standalone sheet of decals. The model of the vehicle, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
