1:35 France 1944 base is a Black Dog resin diorama base evoking a French setting of 1944.
Responsibility details are not available.
A cast resin base in 1:35 scale with the motif of French landscape or buildings of 1944. It offers an atmospheric ground for displays from the fighting after the Normandy landings, ideal for figures and for Allied and German hardware alike. This is a scenic accessory, not a kit of a vehicle.
The casting is of resin with a finely rendered surface. Before building, wash the release agent off the parts with lukewarm soapy water, cut the sprue gates off and sand down with respiratory protection. Glue the joints with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
Apply primer, spray the base tones with an airbrush and bring the surface to life with washes, filters and a dry brush. You finish the greenery, the dust and the mud off with pigments and scenic materials; match the colors of the terrain to the hardware and the figures.
Supplied as an unassembled and unpainted resin casting. Paints, glue, figures and hardware are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
