A set of small military material in 1:35 scale, listed as set 1. It completes models of equipment and figures where a bare surface would look empty: at engineer work, at a trench line or in the load of a vehicle. The manufacturer also makes set 2 under the code YMP3510, so the two can be combined into a richer scene.
Anti-personnel mines belong to the equipment of combat engineers and infantry, so the set will come into its own on dioramas with the laying or clearing of a field, on supply scenes, at field depots and as a load on a fender or in the cargo bed of a vehicle. In 1:35 scale these are small parts which give a scene military credibility without drawing attention away from the main model.
Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the rest down carefully. Suit the choice of glue to the material of the parts; super glue holds universally. Wash and degrease the parts before painting, so that the paint holds well. Small objects stand out with a dark wash into the recesses and light dry brushing of the edges; dusting will unify them with the base of the diorama.
