Plastic figure set German infantry, Afrika Korps from Master Box in 1:35 scale - five figures.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic figure set from the line devoted to the desert battles in North Africa. It contains five figures of German Afrika Korps (DAK) infantrymen in tropical gear. The set is meant to be glued and painted and forms a counterpart to the Allied figures of the same line.
The German Afrika Korps operated in North Africa from 1941. The soldiers wore tropical uniforms in sand shades, tropical caps and light gear adapted to the heat. The figures capture typical representatives of these units in various combat positions.
Cut the figures out, clean them up and glue them with cement for plastic. Paint the tropical uniforms in sand and khaki tones; a lighter shade on the edges matches cloth faded by the sun. Add dust weathering with pigments to the boots and the lower parts of the trousers. Shade the faces in layers and unify the scene with a matte clear coat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
