The plastic figure set Hermann Göring Division (Tunisia 1943) in 1:35 scale from Dragon – four German soldiers from the fighting in North Africa.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic set of four figures of German soldiers of the Hermann Göring Division from the fighting in Tunisia in 1943 in 1:35 scale from Dragon, from the '39-'45 range. The figures have faithfully rendered uniforms and equipment matching the North African campaign and are captured in natural combat poses. The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The Hermann Göring Division was a Luftwaffe unit that took part in the fighting in Tunisia at the beginning of 1943, in the closing stage of the North African campaign. Service in Africa took place in demanding climatic conditions and ended with the surrender of the German-Italian forces in May 1943. The figures represent the infantry of this unit in tropical or transitional equipment.
Assemble the figures and fill the parting lines, especially on the faces and the hands. Paint in thin coats from the bottom up, starting with the skin; faded tropical uniforms will stand out if the folds are brought up with washes and a dry brush. The dust of North Africa can be suggested with a fine pigment on the boots and the lower parts of the equipment; a matte varnish at the end will even the surface out.
The figure set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
