A photo-etched set for the launch pods of the MLRS rocket launcher in 1:35 scale is an accessory for the Dragon 3523 plastic kit you already own, not a model. It concentrates on the launch pods, that is on the part most on show on the finished model.
Responsibility details are not available.
An add-on set of photo-etched brass parts from Voyager Model, cut for the Dragon 3523 plastic kit. It is not a kit and not a model but a targeted accessory for one assembly: the launch pods into which the rockets are loaded and which are exchanged on the vehicle as a whole.
A launch pod is a closed container for transport and for firing alike. The rockets travel in it right up to the firing position, the pod is loaded into the superstructure and, once emptied, swapped for a full one. The surface of a pod carries a number of thin sheet-metal features, braces, plates and handling clamps, which come out too thick in injection-molded plastic or which a mold cannot produce at all.
This set is above all about working with small pieces. It pays to work over a light-colored surface with a raised edge, so that a part flying off does not roll across the floor, and to use tweezers with smooth rather than grooved jaws. A proven trick is a wax pick-up pencil or a scrap of modeling putty on a stick, with which a tiny part is carried safely into place. Do not dispense cyanoacrylate straight from the bottle; put a drop on a scrap of film and pick it up with the tip of a wire. Until you finish the set, leave the unused parts on the fret, because loose pieces disappear at once.
The set is an accessory for a plastic kit and does not make up a model on its own. The kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
