The product is an aftermarket set of photo-etched brass parts meant for detailing one particular plastic kit. You will not find the kit in the package; it has to be obtained separately. Voyager Model is a Chinese manufacturer of photo-etched accessories for military subjects in 1:35 scale.
The BTR-70 is an eight-wheeled armored personnel carrier of Soviet design from the 1970s, following on from the earlier BTR-60. The vehicle is amphibious, has all wheels driven and a low armored hull with a small turret for machine-gun armament. The early production configuration differs from the later ones in details of the hull, the arrangement of the hatches and the external equipment. From the modeling point of view the most interesting parts are the engine compartment covers, the mesh and the small fittings on the sides.
Brass leaves the factory chemically clean, but hands grease it at once. So before painting, wash the whole assembled set of photo-etched parts in warm water with a drop of dish soap, rinse it and let it dry freely without touching the surface. Next comes a thin primer meant for metal, not ordinary paint. Without it a coat holds on smooth brass only mechanically and will lift at the first handling or at the first masking tape. Apply the paint itself in several very thin coats. Photo-etched parts have rendering in tenths of a millimeter and one heavy coat will reliably flood it.
Cut the parts off with a scalpel on a hard surface, and make the bends on the marked groove in one stroke. Glue with thin cyanoacrylate applied with a pin. Wheeled vehicles will take pronounced weathering of the wheel arches and the lower hull; leave the upper surfaces cleaner, so that the detail stands out. The target kit is Trumpeter 01590.
The set is an accessory for a plastic kit, which it does not include. The glue, paints and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
