The set is not a standalone model but an accessory meant to be fitted to a matching plastic kit of the Russian BMPT tank support fighting vehicle, known as the Terminator. The fine metal parts sharpen up the look of the finished model.
The BMPT Terminator is a Russian fighting vehicle meant to protect tanks on the battlefield against infantry and anti-tank weapons. It builds on a proven tank chassis and carries a combined armament of autocannons, anti-tank guided missiles and grenade launchers. Its densely packed turret is characteristic.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife and make the bends along the etched score lines with a bending tool. Use super glue to bond the metal, and before painting degrease it and go over it with a primer for metal. The fine grilles, the fenders and the tie-down loops show at their best once brought out with a wash and dust pigments.
This is an add-on photo-etched set. The base plastic kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
