The Sd.Kfz.234 was a series of German heavy eight-wheeled armored cars from the second half of the war, valued for their mobility and range. The 234/3 version carried a light gun in an open superstructure on the mounting known as the Schwebelafette, which allowed rapid fire against ground and air targets while keeping good going across country. The eight-wheeled layout gave the vehicle exceptional mobility for its day.
With an armored car it pays to finish the chassis with its wheels and the open fighting compartment with the gun before you close the hull up. Glue the photo-etched parts with super glue and the plastic with thin cement. Treat the surface with a base color, spray with an airbrush and fine-tune the panels and the chassis with a wash and dust pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
