The large scale allows the fuselage, the rotors and the interior to be rendered in depth and produces a large, striking model. The UH-60M version represents the upgraded form with new rotor blades and reworked cabin equipment.
The UH-60 Black Hawk is an American utility helicopter used by the US Army and by a number of other countries to carry troops and materiel, to evacuate casualties and for other tasks. The UH-60M version is the current upgrade with improved rotor blades and rotor head, new avionics and cabin instruments and with features that reduce thermal and radar detectability. Thanks to its reliability and versatility it is one of the most widely used machines in its category.
Assemble the rotor head, the landing gear and the stub wings carefully so that the angles sit right. Glue the cabin glazing with a cement made for clear parts and mask it before spraying. Use liquid modeling cement on the plastic, apply primer before painting and spray with an airbrush. The dark army finish comes alive with gentle emphasis of the panels and light weathering; put the decals on a smooth gloss coat and seal them with a matte overcoat.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
