This is a resin accessory, not a complete vehicle model. The set from the Polish maker Panzer Art contains faithfully cast cargo and equipment with which the load bed of the heavy Sd.Kfz. 9 FAMO half-track tractor is filled. It gives the vehicle a lived-in, used look.
The accessory brings the load bed of the tractor to life and suits dioramas as well as display models. The cargo is arranged on the bed as on the real subject and so fills what would otherwise be empty space. It is intended for models of the Sd.Kfz. 9 FAMO tractor in 1:35 scale.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts in lukewarm soapy water, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Cargo comes out best when the individual items are painted in different shades and then accentuated with a wash and with pigments that add wear.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
