A resin set of accessories and cargo meant to bring a plastic model of the German StuG III assault gun in the Ausf.D version to life. It is not a model of the vehicle but a set of castings that adds realistic field equipment, cargo and small detail to the hull and the fenders. The castings come from the Czech manufacturer Black Dog, known for the quality of its resin castings.
The Sturmgeschütz III was one of the most widespread German tracked fighting vehicles of the Second World War. The Ausf.D version belongs to the early forms with the short gun, used above all in the opening phases of the war. The crew routinely fastened crates, canvas and personal kit to the vehicle.
Wash the mold release residue off the parts in lukewarm soapy water. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw and clean up the surfaces with respiratory protection. Join the resin with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Once primed, an airbrush works well for the base and washes or pigments for the mud and dust effects.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model of the vehicle itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
