An injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet T-34/76 medium tank in 1:35 scale from Academy, capturing the production version of the tank from Factory No. 183. The model offers several build options, including alternative turret versions and types of road wheels, and also includes a photo-etched part. It is a complete kit of the whole vehicle.
The T-34 is one of the best known and most influential tanks of the Second World War. The combination of sloped armor, a powerful 76 mm gun and wide tracks made it an exceptionally capable machine that was mass-produced. Individual factories and production batches differed in the details of the hull, the turret and the equipment, which makes the T-34 a rewarding subject for modelers.
Choose the turret version and the type of road wheels in advance. Finish the running gear before closing the hull. For a convincing look, a base green shade, chipping on the edges, washes in the recesses and dust pigments for the mud effects typical of the Eastern Front all work well.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
