An accessory set of modern American equipment in 1:35 scale. This is neither a model of a vehicle nor a figure, but a set of castings with which an already built model or a diorama scene is supplemented. Black Dog is a Czech manufacturer that has long specialized in resin accessories and so-called stowage sets.
A vehicle without loaded materiel looks in a scene like a museum exhibit. It is precisely the added equipment, bags, containers and small materiel that give a model scale, a sense of events and the trace of a crew. With modern American hardware there is usually a great deal of it on the bed, the sides and the baskets, so a set of this kind has wide use on a model, from a load fastened on the turret to small items placed around a vehicle in a diorama.
First wash the resin castings in warm water with detergent and let them dry out properly, otherwise residues of the release agent will show under the paint. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a cutter, not with nippers, which crush resin. Sand with protection for your airways and preferably wet, so that the dust does not spread. It is glued with cyanoacrylate; with larger parts it helps to try the placement dry first. Before painting, primer is a mandatory step with resin, since without it the paint holds badly. Textile parts look better with more pronounced shading and a dry brush, while metal accessories will take a wash and fine pigments.
This is an accessory set, not a model. It is supplied unpainted; paints, glue and the basic model are not included in the package.
