A resin, 3D-printed set representing the armored ventilator cover on the turret roof of the German Tiger I heavy tank in the mid and late production versions. This is not a kit of the tank but a detail replacement that raises the fidelity of a finished model.
The ventilator cover is fitted in its place on the turret roof. Thanks to 3D printing it has sharp edges, fine ribbing and a clean finish that is hard to achieve with injection-molded plastic, and it replaces the corresponding part from the base kit.
Wash the parts free of uncured print resin residue, separate them carefully from the print supports and sand them gently with your airways protected. They are glued with cyanoacrylate. Lay down a primer before painting; the fine detail comes out after a wash and a light emphasis of the edges.
It is supplied as an unpainted set of resin parts; the tank model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
