DEF Model 1:35 WW2 UK Quad artillery tractor wheels is a resin set of replacement wheels for the Tamiya kit of the British Quad tractor.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is NOT a model of the vehicle but a resin set of replacement wheels from the South Korean maker DEF Model in 1:35 scale. It replaces the wheels from the plastic kit of the British Quad artillery tractor (Field Artillery Tractor) by Tamiya. The tires have a faithful tread and the lower part cast realistically sagged.
The wheels are fitted to the chassis of the base kit in place of the parts from the box and raise the level of detail of the chassis. A masking template for separating the rim from the tire during painting is usually included. The accessory is meant for more experienced modelers.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and the gates and glue with cyanoacrylate glue. Do any sanding of resin with respiratory protection.
