1:48 Kamov Ka-52 Alligator EXPERT kabuki masks

1:48 Kamov Ka-52 Alligator EXPERT – kabuki masks (New Ware)

An extended set of self-adhesive painting masks cut precisely from fine washi (kabuki) paper by New Ware. Meant for clean painting of a model of the Kamov Ka-52 Alligator attack helicopter in 1:48 scale. It is not a part nor a decal – the masks are peeled off again after spraying.

Use

• The EXPERT version offers a wider scope of masking than the BASIC set – besides the cockpit glazing it usually covers further details, such as the wheels and small clear elements.
• The masks are stuck onto a part, sprayed over and peeled off once dry, leaving a crisp edge with no bleed.
• Washi paper holds well, follows curves and leaves no adhesive when lifted off.
• It saves time against cutting masks out of tape by hand.

Who it is for

For modelers who want to manage the more demanding masking on a Ka-52 model beyond the glazing itself and to reach crisp, clean breaks. Paints, glue and the model itself are not included in the package.
