This is a modeling texture paste from the Czech maker Síra Hobby. The shade matches sandy soil, and the designation stone means a coarser grain of the additive, thanks to which the paste creates a more pronounced, rougher surface structure once it dries. It is not an opaque paint for a model, but a scenic and weathering material for making terrain and for dirtying up vehicles.
