Decals 1:144 Supermarine Spitfire bring British roundels and fin flashes; the name designates them as part two.
Responsibility details are not available.
The decal sheet of the Mark I brand in the small 1:144 scale offers British roundels and fin flashes for models of the Supermarine Spitfire type. The designation Part 2 and a note about two sets are stated in the name. The model itself is not included; you are buying the markings only.
The Spitfire is a British single-seat fighter with the characteristic elliptical wing and a V12 liquid-cooled engine. It was built from the second half of the thirties and went through so many versions that the later machines differ from the first ones in the shape of the wingtips, the cockpit canopy, the tail surfaces and the powerplant. It served with the Royal Air Force and with a number of Allied and postwar operators, so its markings changed markedly over time and according to the theater. That is precisely why it pays to have a sheet with several shapes of the insignia at hand.
A roundel seated on a leading edge or across the relief of the skin needs help. Once you have slid it into position, apply a softening solution and let it work without any intervention at all until the surface of the decal goes matte and settles into the shape. Only then press gently with dampened tissue. The film gets into the wing root transition more willingly if you warm it up beforehand with hot water.
