A finished collector model of the third-generation Skoda Octavia in 1:43 scale in the Rallye Green metallic finish. It is released by Abrex, a Czech brand focused on models of Skoda cars. It is not a kit: the model arrives assembled and painted, with a metal body and plastic details, so all you need do is take it out of the package and stand it in a cabinet.
The third generation of the Octavia followed on from the most successful model of the brand and was introduced in 2012. Compared with its predecessor it grew in wheelbase and interior space, received sharper body edges, twin headlights and modern engineering shared within the group. The liftback body with its lifting tailgate remained the recognition feature of the line. The Rallye Green metallic shade is among the colors customers associate most with Skoda, because it also appeared on the sporting versions.
Models in 1:43 scale are the typical collector format: they are large enough to carry the detail of the grille, the lights and the interior, and yet a whole range of them fits a cabinet.
